Serenity Source Tibetan Handcrafted Jewelry Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing our Tibetan handcrafted jewelry. Each piece is mindfully created by artisans, imbued with unique healing energy and feng shui significance. To protect your rights while honoring the distinctive nature of handmade items, please review the following policy carefully.

1. Return & Exchange Timeframe

  • Returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Custom-made items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and clearance sale items are final sale (unless defective).

2. Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and undamaged
  • In original resalable condition
  • Accompanied by original order number and proof of purchase

Special Note:
As our jewelry carries energy healing and feng shui properties, once worn or energetically activated, it cannot be resold. Therefore, items that have been worn or undergone energy activation rituals cannot be accepted for return or exchange. We appreciate you’re understanding.

3. Refund Details

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless due to quality issues). Please use a trackable shipping method and retain your receipt.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for:

  • Items beyond the 30-day return window
  • Worn, damaged, or incomplete items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance sale items

5. Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video. Upon confirmation, we will cover shipping costs for replacement or refund.

6. Exchange Process

  2. Securely package and ship the item (we recommend using a trackable service)
  3. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund
  4. Exchange processing typically takes 2-3 weeks (including international shipping)
