1.    Order Processing Time

All our handmade Tibetan jewelry and accessories are made-to-order or carefully curated. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing, quality check, and blessings before shipment.  During peak seasons or for custom pieces, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if any delays occur. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped immediately.

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Canada

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service. Free standard shipping on all orders over USD $120.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time. Customs delays are possible for Canada.

3.    Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website for real-time updates.

4.    International Customs & Duties

All applicable import duties, taxes (such as GST/HST/PST in Canada), and customs clearance fees are pre-paid and included in your shipping cost at checkout. You will NOT be charged any additional fees upon delivery or by the carrier. This ensures a smooth, surprise-free receipt of your sacred items.

5.    Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will initiate a trace and replacement if necessary.

6.    Returns & Damaged Items

Please see our Return policy. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging for a resolution.
