Not a sound that commands. A sound that invites stillness.

This is not a bell for ceremonies or summons. It’s the opposite.

A small, soft chime - when you move, when the wind touches it, when you need a gentle break from the quiet hum of your own thoughts. A sound that doesn’t interrupt. It simply arrives, and then leaves.

Handcrafted from solid brass, this bell carries the warmth of a vintage patina - a finish that feels like it has already lived a story. The engraved details and sculpted top are nods to traditional Himalayan metalwork, but the form is minimalist, modern, and unassuming.

Hang it on your bag as a daily charm. Place it on your desk as a quiet accent. Attach it to your keys so it travels with you.

It doesn’t need to ring loudly. It just needs to remind you: there is always a moment of calm available, if you listen for it.

🥉 Solid Brass with Living Finish
Made from durable brass, not plated metal. The vintage patina is not a flaw - it’s a finish that will continue to deepen with time and touch, becoming richer with age.

🖌️ Hand-Finished Details
The engraved patterns and sculpted top are inspired by Himalayan metalwork traditions, but executed with a minimalist, modern hand. Neither decorative nor distracting. Simply present.

FAQs

Q1: Does the bell actually ring?
Yes. When gently shaken or moved, it produces a soft, pleasant chime - warm and calming, not loud or high-pitched.

Q2: Is this solid brass or plated?
This piece is made from solid brass and finished by hand. The vintage patina is part of its character, not a coating.

Q3: Will the brass color change over time?
Yes. Like all natural brass objects, it may develop a deeper vintage tone with exposure to air and touch. Many people appreciate this as part of its living character. If you prefer to maintain the original brightness, you can gently polish it with a soft brass cloth.

Q4: Can I attach it to a keychain or bag?
Absolutely. The top loop is designed to fit securely on keychains, bag zippers, and carabiners.

Q5: Is this suitable as a desk ornament?
Yes. It makes a lovely, understated desk accent - small enough to sit beside a monitor, meaningful enough to notice when you need a pause.

Q6: Is this bell connected to any religious tradition?
No. While inspired by traditional Himalayan metalwork aesthetics, this bell is designed as a secular, handcrafted object - a charm for anyone who appreciates gentle sound, vintage texture, and mindful design.

Master Craftswoman: Tenzin Lhamo

Behind each bracelet is the steady hand and mindful heart of Tenzin Lhamo, a generation craftswoman whose roots trace back to a family of artisans in Lhasa.

“Every bead has heard prayers.”

Tenzin's family has crafted protection bracelets for generations. Tenzin began learning at seven—her first lesson was not skill, but stillness: “My grandmother had me sit in the morning wind and listen. She said, ‘The rhythm of your fingers should follow the heartbeat; the intention of your weaving should move with the breath, weaving prayers into knots.’

A Tibetan girl in traditional clothing stands on tiptoes, reaching out to touch a young child standing against a red wall.

Meeting VISHWA

Three years ago, VISHWA’s founders found Tenzin's workshop in a quiet alley in Lhasa. They gathered around a charcoal fire as she shared the story behind each stone. They noticed Tenzin murmuring softly as he wove—not prayers, but simple wishes for the unknown wearer: “May you face storms without fear,” “May you remember joy.”

In that moment, VISHWA understood what true luxury meant: not the weight of gems, but the depth of blessings; not the complexity of craft, but the silence and intention woven into every piece.

Behind every VISHWA piece is a keeper like Tenzin

“I sense where a bracelet is meant to go—perhaps to an office in New York, or to a School in California. Then I weave in a little more scent of sunlight.”

Through VISHWA, Tenzin's bracelets are no longer only gifts for local pilgrims. They travel across oceans to become a tangible stillness on urban wrists—a silent embrace from the rooftop of the world.

“My hands will grow old, but the wishes in these knots will not. They will keep breathing on someone’s wrist, somewhere far away.”
